Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return (Photo Verification Required)
To ensure a smooth return process, we require a preliminary check of the item's condition. Please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at service@veyra-store.com within 14 days of receipt.
Provide Photos: In your email, you must attach clear photos or videos of the product.
- Please show the item's current condition, confirming there is no damage and no obvious signs of use.
- Include photos of the original packaging.
Approval: We will review your photos to verify the item is in resellable condition.
- If the item appears damaged or heavily used (not due to our error), the return request may be declined.
- If the item is in acceptable condition, we will approve your return and send you the return address and instructions within 1-2 business days.
Note: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues (Defective/Wrong Items)
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.
- Shipping Fee: For defective or wrong items, Veyra Store will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement.
Change of Mind / Customer Remorse
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply do not want the product anymore:
- You may return the item within the 14-day window, subject to the photo verification process above.
- Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not provide prepaid labels for "change of mind" returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your actual return package.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and before the item has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive the item and follow the standard return process.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
